Group Classes
At PRVL, our weekly class schedule is built for balance and results. Start the week strong with Core + Upper Body on Mondays and Thursdays, power through Lower Body on Tuesdays and Fridays, and hit it all with Full Body sessions every Wednesday and Saturday (and sometimes Sundays). Each class is designed to push your limits, build strength, and keep your training well-rounded.

Upper + Core
Our Upper + Core class combines upper body strength training and core-focused moves in a high-intensity circuit format that builds power and burns deep.

Lower Body
Our Lower Body class delivers high-intensity, heavy-lifting circuits designed to build strength, power, and endurance in every muscle from the waist down.

Full Body
Our Full Body class hits every major muscle group with a combination of weight lifting and cardio-intensive moves that boosts endurance, burns fat, and builds total-body strength.
